What We Do

We offer a range of Appreciative Inquiry and other strengths/asset based workshops that are highly participatory from a practical and skills base. Participants leave inspired and with a renewed sense of hope and confidence to go back to their organizations to try out what they have learned.

We recognize that, like many other business decisions, choosing a learning solution for your organization or team is strategic and so we also personalize learning solutions that address your organization’s specific needs and interests.

As an authorized agent of the Corporation for Positive Change (Corporation for Positive Change), the Canadian Centre is able to deliver registered Corporation for Positive Change workshops and certify participants who are working towards Corporation for Positive Change certification.

How We Do It

  • Corporation for Positive Change Workshops available through the Canadian Centre, and delivered by Corporation for Positive Change Consulting partners, include the Power of AI, Appreciative Leadership, and Appreciative Coaching.
  • We are licensed to deliver the Core Clarity Program (In-Powering People and Teams) and have designed other workshops that explore how individuals within teams can understand, leverage and work from each other’s strengths, using a variety of non-psychometric assessment processes and tools.

  • We will custom design or customize existing workshops to meet the individualized needs of any client organization including to accommodate the delivery of learning solutions in a virtual, online environment.
