As the Canadian consulting partners in the Corporation for Positive Change, Julie Stockton and Maura Da Cruz, Principals of Poiesis Consulting, opened the Canadian Centre for Positive Change in 2016 to support the transformation of people, teams, and organizations through a different kind of conversation. Using strengths inspired processes that are flexible and scalable, their work with clients amplifies the quality of relationships, trust, energy, insight and purpose, to build shared accountability and commitment among all stakeholders to achieve the desired results.
They have worked with organizations at multiple levels, predominantly within unionized environments, in higher education, health care and not-for-profit sectors for over 15 years. They each bring extensive experience in Organizational Development and Learning, program design, leadership development and Appreciative Inquiry processes.
